CEAT's turnover for the year 2004–2005 stands at US $412 million, with our export business enjoying a turnover of US $63 million. |

Our massive team is six thousand strong. From five state-of-the-art plants—three in India and two in Sri Lanka—we offer superior-quality tyres for all user segments i.e. commercial, domestic and specialty.
In the commercial segment, we manufacture tyres for trucks, buses and light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and tractors. In the domestic segment, we manufacture radial and cross-ply tyres for passenger cars, SUVs and two-wheelers and three-wheelers. And in the specialty segment, we manufacture farm, mining and earthmover, industrial and construction equipment tyres and other off-the-road tyres. |

At CEAT, we strive to continually enhance the performance of our tyres. It is because of our commitment to quality that we invest in intensive and extensive research and development, which ensures we manufacture technologically-advanced tyres, on par with global standards.
Our deep commitment to research took roots forty-five years ago, when we set up our state-of-the-art laboratory. To support our research initiatives, we built an in-house testing facility, equipped with the most modern infrastructure.
Empowered by these endeavours, it is only natural that we manufacture innovative and superior-quality tyres. Today, CEAT’s products are renowned the world over for their durability and high performance.

CEAT, an ISO 9001 certified company since 1994, is the first tyre company in India to be certified with the highest and most stringent quality certification ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 (QS 9000). |

CEAT enjoys 55% of the market share in India. We are the largest supplier to OEMs in the Truck, LCV, SUV and Tractor segments.
We began exporting tyres over forty years ago, in 1964. Today, our robust network spreads far and wide, to over sixty-five countries across the globe, where CEAT and ALTURA tyres are put to service by a large number of vehicle owners.
